We have been offering bankruptcy services for more than 25 years. Our bankruptcy attorneys are well-regarded in their field, and are often asked by out-of-state attorneys to advise on aspects of bankruptcy law.

Attorney David G. Hicks is one of two lawyers in the state of Nebraska certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification, the national certification board for bankruptcy and creditors' rights attorneys. He has practiced law since 1982.

In addition to his position as a principal in the firm of Pollak & Hicks, Oliver G. Pollak is a Professor of History at the University of Nebraska — Omaha. He too is certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification, and has practiced law since 1982.

Both have authored numerous articles on the subject of bankruptcy and debt relief.
