When used properly, it can stop creditors collection actions, lawsuits, foreclosures, repossessions, evictions and harassment; it can restructure debts to lower the payments, lower the interest rates, break certain leases, stretch out tax obligations, postpone payments and yet keep assets and property, and most importantly keep you in control of your business; the day to day operating decisions as well as long term planning.
